One of the things I would love to do is to be able to fathom emotions- my emotions.
It’s all over the place. Head’s a bit too messy thinking about.. lots of necessary/unnecessary things.
And that’s the thing. I’d like to identify what the things are. Why am I restless? Why am I sad? What are the things I’m grateful for? Why do I feel like crying? The doubts aren’t helping. What am I supposed to feel and and what do I do with it? Taking everything in, but not really sure how to act on certain things. If only there was a guide (specifically for me) on what to do next.
Just hoping for things to get/be better. For everyone. I guess I do need this blog when I feel a bit overwhelmed 😂
